The principle and owner of the company has two decades of construction experience under his belt and owned construction businesses on two continents before moving to Roatan in 2006. He settled on Roatan just befsore his first child was born, with the intention of starting a business that would fit in with the island lifestyle, yet maintain a high degree of professionalism and the highest of standards.

We have spent the last 12 years working as a high end addition/ remodeling company in South Florida, with particular emphasis on custom kitchen and bath work. Our work has been featured in an advertisement in a South Florida Design magazine. We have built homes and additions to the highest standards required in the US, and always had a great relationship with our building inspectors, architects and other construction professionals. South Florida Building Code (SFBC) is generally recognized as the most stringent in the nation. We worked in areas with required tolerances of 180mph hurricane force winds and up. While the chances of being hit by major hurricanes are much lower on Roatan than they are in South Florida we understand that with a little extra effort, we can build you a home or business that will be structurally able to survive that 10 year storm if, or when it does come.
